arlo nomad exceeded my expectations in every way. amazing staff, comfortable and clean rooms, and a breathtaking view of the empire state building. the personal touch from the staff made my stay extra lovely, especially during a difficult time. the delicious breakfast with homemade granola was a great start to each day, and the shared work area and rooftop bar were perfect for relaxation.
Can’t fault the property in any way 😊

the room is so clean and cozy, and the staff is really great. the hotel is close to everything, and the coffee bar downstairs is perfect for mornings.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect, with close proximity to the subway and iconic attractions like the Empire State Building. The staff was friendly and provided practical and helpful service throughout my stay. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and an excellent shower with great water pressure. The hotel offered free Wi-Fi and had a bar/lounge area where I could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. this hotel provided a friendly and practical experience, something rare in a busy city like New York.
Elevators could be a bit slow during busy times.

Lovely city view from the King Sky room with floor-to-ceiling windows. Small but well-thought-out storage space. Full-size body wash, shampoo, and conditioner with amazing fragrance. Helpful reception staff and a water bottle filling station on the 1st floor.
Felt safe and secure, no complaints.

The Empire State Building view from my room was fantastic. The staff was quick to address a small issue with the room, ensuring a comfortable stay. I’ll recommend this hotel.
